The Director of the Haxtun Hospital District Rehab Team is Max Morton. His comprehensive professional background includes:

Colorado State University - Head Athletic Trainer for 11 years.
University of Denver - Trainer for hockey, skiing, and basketball.
Denver Broncos - PT/Trainer, one of 7 in the country at the time.
Coors Brewing - Established one of the first cooperate wellness programs in the country.

Max welcomes you to Haxtun Hospital District Rehab where his team makes you their number one priority. They provide rehabilitation services for acute care, extended care and out-patient rehabilitation. The staff is certified to bring you the safest, most up-to-date techniques for improvement to assist in returning to your optimal/maximum function.
