Nutrition Counseling

Creating optimal health for individual patients is a priority at Haxtun Health. Our Nutrition Counseling program offers patients individualized plans that are realistic and manageable, helping you properly navigate your health and wellness journey. Whether you’re taking a proactive approach to your health or getting back to the basics, we’ve got you covered.

Common conditions in which Nutrition Counseling plays an important role include:

About Haley Edwards, Dietitian
Haley Edwards, a Haxtun native, is a graduate from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in dietetics and a minor in psychology. Edwards has worked as a clinical dietitian for over 15 years in northeastern Colorado and loves educating patients about nutrition.

Fatigue & Sleep Remedies
