What you need to know about Sports Physicals for the 2026-27 school year.

Haxtun Health is offering sports physical clinics to help meet CHSAA requirements, with convenient dates in Fleming and Haxtun. Join us June 24 in Fleming, June 26 and July 24 in Haxtun, and August 5 in both locations. Clinics run from 8 am to 4 pm. No appointment required.

Sports physicals are just twenty-five dollars. Be sure to bring your completed CHSAA form.

Want something more in-depth? Ask about a Well-Child Check, typically covered by insurance, and help your student’s classroom earn a donation this summer.
