Affordable screenings, stronger community health
Haxtun Health will host its Annual Community Health Fair on Friday, June 6, from 7:00 to 10:00 am at the Haxtun Community Center. The event offers community members a convenient and affordable opportunity to complete routine lab work and wellness screenings with no insurance required.
The Health Fair has long been a trusted option for residents who want proactive health information without the usual delays or red tape. Participants can expect professional, efficient care provided by Haxtun Health’s experienced clinical and laboratory teams.

Michelle Gorman, Marcie Davis, and Joanna Trevino from the Business Office assist with registering guests at the 2025 Haxtun Health Health Fair
A variety of discounted lab panels will be available for both men and women. Lab draws will be performed on-site by Haxtun Health clinical professionals, are chartered to Haxtun Health Laboratory at time of draw, allowing for quick turnaround times. Most results are available in the patient portal within 24 hours, with paper copies mailed the following week. Results may then be taken to the provider of the participant’s choice for review and follow-up. The Haxtun Health registration team will be available if a guest chooses to schedule an appointment to review the test results.
In addition to lab testing, the Health Fair will feature several free health screenings throughout the morning, including blood pressure checks, pulse oximetry readings, skin checks, and InBody body composition analysis, along with other wellness services. These screenings are designed to give participants a broader snapshot of their overall health in one convenient visit.
