Inpatient Rehab Program

Recover Close to Home in a Place You Trust

Our Inpatient Rehabilitation program provides a stable, therapeutic environment where patients can recover with the guidance and help of doctors, nurses, and a full rehabilitation team including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We are proud to have one of the best inpatient rehab programs in the region.

Individuals may be eligible to participate in the program if their needs cannot be met at home but their condition no longer demands a hospital stay.

The goal of this program is to work hand-in-hand with guests who demonstrate a high rehabilitation potential. Our Inpatient Rehab Program is perfect for those who need care post-surgery, patients receiving long-term IV medications, and those who have experienced a stroke. At Haxtun Health, we work with you every step of the way to improve your health and independence so you can get home faster.

Coverage varies with each insurance company and our team will work on your behalf to determine coverage and availability.

We also offer extended care services for our community, which you can learn more about here.

What to Expect

Your care team will work with you to ensure that you’re getting the perfect treatment to reach your specific goals.

Members of our team consist of doctors, registered nurses, rehabilitation specialists and a nutritional counselor — just to name a few. This team of professionals will cultivate a specific program for each individual patient in our transitional care unit.

Reaching Goals

Setting goals is an important aspect of healing. Goals give you motivation and focus. When you have specific goals in mind it makes it easier to measure your progress and it keeps you locked in and undistracted. Together, we will work as a team to reach your goal of going home. We set attainable goals for each individual so that you can get better faster.
