Bullard has been at Haxtun Hospital since 2006, working several different roles and continually furthering her education to get where she is now. Cutting her teeth as a certified nursing assistant (CNA), Bullard became a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in 2009. In 2014, she attained her associate degree in nursing from Morgan Community College, beginning her next chapter as a registered nurse (RN) with the hospital.
Dedicated to one day becoming a family nurse practitioner (FNP), she went back to school again, this time attending Walden University, and she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2018. Less than two years later, Bullard accomplished what she had set out to do and got her master’s degree in nursing in February and board certification in March.
Most recently, Bullard provided care in both the inpatient and emergency room settings. Now, she will continue to provide high-quality healthcare to every patient alongside other providers in the Haxtun and Fleming Clinics.
“I want to continue to serve people and stay in the career that I love,” she said. “I can make a difference for people in their time of need, when they’re weakest, sickest or when they need the most help.”
