Rachael Fryrear, MA, LPC, CAS, ADS
Rachael is a licensed behavioral health counselor with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction services. She specializes in evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting, and is certified in the NADA Acudetox protocol for stress and craving reduction. Rachael provides compassionate, confidential care for anxiety, addiction, and emotional well-being at Haxtun Health Clinics in Haxtun and Fleming.

Dr. Donald Baracskay, MD
Dr. Baracskay brings over 30 years of experience in psychiatry, specializing in general and geriatric care, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and conditions such as dementia, depression, psychosis, and substance-related disorders. As Psychiatry Medical Director for Eagle Telemedicine, he combines clinical expertise with leadership in telehealth innovation. Board-certified and holding advanced degrees in medicine, business, and information systems, Dr. Baracskay provides compassionate, accessible care through telepsychiatry.
He virtually sees patients at the Haxtun Health Specialty Clinic, where our nursing team handles all technical aspects of the visit, removing stress and making your experience seamless.

- Weekly Community Wellbeing Meetings: Free, confidential gatherings every Thursday (6–7 p.m.) in Haxtun, co-hosted with Milestone Community Wellness—no registration required.
